More strange things with Hello gcc-3.0.4

Not a bug.

Please refer to Stroustrup or the standard text of C++98 to learn
the correct way that you can change your program to avoid this
behavior.  The thing you want is to disconnect stdio from iostream IO.

std::ios::sync_with_stdio (false);
