Synopsis: Exception throwing/catching causes seg fault with shared libs

    Cannot reproduce. Using 3.0.1 on a solaris 2.8 machine.
    I had to alter the build script to
    a) add -L. to the final link line
    b) add . onto LD_LIBRARY_PATH
