Bugs !!!

Dear developer,
        I'm Suraj visitors of your site.I've download gcc 2.95.3 & have 
problem during linking time.
When i give command to compile .cpp file its ok. but, at the time of linking 
it shows an error like this '/usr/lib/libcygwin.a(libcmain.o)(.text+0x6a) : 
undefined reference to winmain@16'.
collect2 : ld returned 1 exit status'
Sometime this error shows in .c file also.
What is this error?how to debug it? Also give me command for .cpp & .c file. 
Pls. suggest me.
