gcc testsuite running -march=athlon on mips-sgi-irix6.5

My mips-sgi-irix6.5 testsuite run overnight added -march=athlon and
-march=athlon-4 to the gcc compiler flags.  The failure does not occur
with the default ABI, but it does occur with the -mabi=64 ABI.

This is a recent problem.
