Compiling the attached tkh.i, a condensed version of bfd/tekhex.c from binutils with
gcc -O2 -fPIC -c tkh.i
fails with an ICE:
tkh.i: In function `tekhex_init':
tkh.i:35: virtual array reg_n_info[169]: element 169 out of bounds in load_mems, at loop.c:9827
Either using -O or without -fPIC succeeds.
