java/4451: install failed: Java install incorrect

??. Do you have the correct person for this? Months back I sent in a bug
report on GCC 3.0.0(?) doing an install under CYGWIN on a PC. This was
fixed immediately (by youse guys). But it was for building an HC11
cross-compile. I don't remember anything about Java.

    I think this is fixed on the cvs trunk (aka gcc 3.1)
    Can you try this out?
    If so, please do and report back.
    If not, tell me and I will close this PR.
