optimization/7390: ICE with gcc 3.1, happens only with -march athlon

Hi,

the bug has probably the same reason as in PR 7124. Trying to reduce the
size of the example I came up with some code that looked almost like
the reduced testcase in PR 7124 and could be transformed into it.
