comparing testsuite results between gcc 3.1 20020412 and 20020426 on
Solaris 8 (SPARC and Intel), I noticed several new libstdc++ v3 testsuite
failures.  I've filed PR libstdc++/6511 for this issue and marked it high
priority since most failures are regressions from 3.0.
