Mixed sparc -m32/-m64 testsuite failures

   and my platform's config.guess output changed from sparc- to sparcv9-,
   I'm getting extra C failures when running the testsuite with -m64.

Richard, if his platform can run 64-bit binaries, why is he
getting this situation? :-)

(I agree that mixing -m64/-m32 on the command line is broken
 and a "don't do that")
