c++/4500: Internal compiler error in add_abstract_origin_attribute

Hi,

the bug seems to be fixed in gcc 3.1 (as of 20020408).
I checked it on a mips-sgi-irix6.5 and a i686-pc-linux-gnu box
(I haven't got a alphaev67-unknown-linux-gnu box handy).
gcc 3.0.4 still crashes, however.
