where does GCC_UNDER_TEST get defined ?

  I'm testing the pre-release of DejaGnu 1.4.2 with gcc 3.0.1, and I was
wondering where GCC_UNDER_TEST gets defined in the GCC testsuite ? Funny enough,
the tests I've run all seem to work anyway.

  I also discovered in the release that there is a missing "load_lib gcc.exp"
in gcc/testsuite/lib/c-torture.exp. Without it, none of the tests will compile.

  I was very glad to see 3.0.1 build as a cross compiler for arm-elf. Now I can
go back to testing DejaGnu's cross testing support.
