PR 1613 (Gnats) will wait forever

It's waiting for feedback from an address which doesn't work.  My
followup message bounced from soka@line.co.jp (the original submitter).
Maybe my message will do for feedback instead.

BTW, when I said foo.c doesn't crash on solaris,
that referred to the foo.c which crashed for the original submitter.
