    I tried a bootstrap with a tree checked out yesterday on
    a machine running roswell (RHL 7.2 beta).  It made it past
    the comparison, and died building libjava on the file
    java/lang/ConcreteProcess.java.
    
    Are you still seeing comparison failures?
