f77 - LIBU77_GETTIMEOFDAY: command not found

All,

On the 3.1 trunk I've been seeing this for a least a week possibly longer when 
libf2c is configured.

	"netGCC/gcc/libf2c/libU77/configure: LIBU77_GETTIMEOFDAY: command not found"

Has anyone else seen this?

Note libf2c/libU77/configure.in contains

	dnl The standard autoconf HAVE_STRUCT_TIMEZONE doesn't actually check
	dnl for struct timezone, as you might think.  We also need to check how
	dnl to call gettimeofday if we have it.
