RTL checking failure on mips-sgi-irix6.2

When I bootstrap on mips-sgi-irix6.2 with RTL checking turned on
(--enable-checking=misc,tree,rtl,gc,gcac) I get this in stage2:

 > ./genflags ../../egcs-CVS20011115/gcc/config/mips/mips.md > tmp-flags.h
 > genflags: Internal error: RTL check: expected elt 0 type 's' or 'S',
 > have 'V' (rtx define_asm_attributes) in process_rtx, at gensupport.c:327
 > make[2]: *** [s-flags] Error 1

It started happening in the last couple of days.
