>From my look at the current glibc code, undefining either HAVE_LIBINTL_H
or ENABLE_NLS will disable NLS and resolve the problem.  The problem
only arises because obstack.c is built with gcc's config.h.  Maybe
the correct approach is to undefine both as we don't really want either
of these defined when building generator programs.  The merge isn't going
to affect things, so my opinion is there no reason to wait.
