GCC 3.0: Bootstrap failure with current sources on powerpc-linux

It was defined in ptrace.h, and it was available to user programs.

This number is simply the distance in bytes between the saved stack
pointer and the register save area for a signal, and I do not
understand why this information needs to be hidden from a user
program.

However, as this define has been removed it looks like I'll need to
solve this problem in some other way.  I'll have a look.
