Missing operator overload in complex.h

I'm trying to compile some old C++ code using gcc version 3.0 20010508.

First, it seems that double_complex is no longer defined in <complex>
(but still is in <complex.h>)

Second, I get the following 

	no match for `double_complex * int&' operator

for the following line

    tmp=double_complex(cos(sum),sin(sum))*iz;

(iz is an int, tmp is double_complex and the rest are doubles).

It's trivial to fix, but the overload should be added.
