I was testing the mainline yesterday. Today I built the 3.0 branch
(with the above patch in). It fails in the same way.
g77.f-torture/compile/19990826-3.f fails too, over here
(alphaev6-unknown-linux-gnu), so we don't need my code as a testsuite
entry. Note that it only fails when specifying optimization *and* -g.
Perhaps Nick can look into this (I don't remember what the rationale
behind this change was).
