GCC and G++ Snapshot 20010313-1 Success (but small XEmacs user problem)

Successfully compiled and installed on Pentinum III running Red Hat's fisher beta
(but compiled with gcc 2.95.2 with glibc patch).

Successfully compiled the PolyBoolean library (see http://members.nbci.com/msleonov/pb.html )
which was developed on MS Visual Studio (and which will NOT compile under 2.95.2).

One problem I hope an XEmacs user can solve:

While make on the command line works fine for the gcc 3.0, make under XEmacs has problems
because it's looking for my default gcc 2.95.2). I have PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH seeing
the --prefix=<gcc 3.0 installdir>, and XEmacs shows the same path.

Thanks.
