    2.95 also produces the same code, however I've marked
    this high priority as now libstdc++ uses it and it
    is a user visible regression from that point of view.
    bug 3072 records the initial problem with libstdc++
    
    Oh yes, __builtin_sinf and __builtin_cosf are similarly
    aflicted.
