template_type_parm and typename_type not supported by dump_type_prefix

In build v3 with todays 3.1 cvs source under hpux 10.20, I am seeing hundreds
of messages of the form:

../../../../../libstdc++-v3/include/bits/stl_iterator.h:77: sorry, not
   implemented: `template_type_parm' not supported by dump_type_suffix
../../../../../libstdc++-v3/include/bits/stl_iterator.h:79: sorry, not
   implemented: `typename_type' not supported by dump_type_prefix

It appears caused by typedef's in templates.
