c/3297: fixincludes (?) removes pthread types from types.h

Hi Alexandre,

Instead of closing it, perhaps make it an RFE for a method
for switching fixed header directories at run time.  It is
reasonable to want to NFS export a tools tree for local
consumption; it is peculiar to require different binaries
to accomplish this.  e.g.:

   export GCC_DATADIR=/mumble/os-version/gcc-version

ought to work just fine.  Of course, it would also help to
have an installable flavor of fixincludes.  Likely when I
find some of that "copious spare time" I keep hearing about....
