Increased testsuite failues in binutils-2.11.1 using gcc-3.01

Hi,

I've just upgraded binutils on an i686-linux-gnu box from 2.11 to
2.11.1.  I used default complile flags and used gcc-3.0 to do the
build.  There were a number of testsuite failures and so I also tried
building with gcc-2.95.3 (on the same box); there were fewer.  I've
attached the logs:
