Build for "K6" working in v3.0?

Hello.

Code generation for the AMD K6-2/3 (-march=k6 or -mcpu=k6) is broken in 
RedHat Linux v7.1 as well as in the slightly newer Rawhide SRPMS.  
Apparently it has been broken, if it ever worked, since RHL v7.0.  See 
Bugzilla ( http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23164 ) for 
specifics.  

What I want to know is, is this fixed in GCC v3.0?

If not, how do I get this problem in the queue for v3.0.1?
