current 3.0 on status on embedded targets

A quick summary to let you all know what I think is out
there at this point.  My plan of attach has been to build
the base non-RTEMS target most similar to the RTEMS one.
For example, m68k-rtems is elf, so I build m68k-elf first.
I won't try the RTEMS if the non-RTEMS is in bad shape.

arm-elf:
        + requires new setjmp.S for newlib (newlib list)

arm-rtems:
        + OK

h8300-coff:
        + requires
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2001-06/msg00830.html
        and other patches (PR3173)
        + still fails in libf2c

h8300-rtems:
        + see h8300-coff so UNTESTED

i386-elf:
        + OK

i960-coff:
        + fails to link f771 (undefined reference to c_lex) (PR3179)

i960-elf:
        + fails to link f771 (undefined reference to c_lex)

i960-rtems:
        + see i960-coff so UNTESTED

m68k-coff:
        + ICE when compiling dtoa.c

m68k-elf:
        + ICE when compiling libgcc2.c (PR

m68k-rtems:
        + so m68k-elf so UNTESTED

mips-elf:
        + OK

mips-rtems:
        + UNTESTED

mips64orion-rtems:
	+ UNTESTED

powerpc-unknown-eabi:
        + build failed when out of disk space

powerpc-rtems:
        + fails on -mrelocatable multilib of libstdc++-v3.  Works on
        other libraries (PR3176)

sh-coff:
        + UNBUILT (no binutils yet)

sh-elf:
        + invalid assembly (UNREPORTED)

sh-rtems:
        + see sh-coff

sparc-elf:
        + UNTESTED


sparc-rtems:
        + Fails with CXXCPP (PR3174) need to retest with patch
