Build failure for powerpc-eabi with default cpu on gcc-20010611 snapshot

Hi,

I'm getting the following build failure when trying to build gcc under cygwin for
the target "powerpc-unknown-eabi" with the parameter "--with-cpu=603e":

The problem seems to come from the bad generation of the macro TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT.
    #define TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT (603e)
instead of
    #define TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT ("603e")
in config.h, tm.h and hconfig.h.

I made a work-around by modifying line 23 of the file gcc/mkconfig.sh
    echo "#define TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT ($TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT)"
to
    echo "#define TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT (\"$TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT\")"

It works for my build, but I don't know if some other target is not broken.
