For reasons I have not yet determined, freebsd has failed
to bootstrap since Friday night with this error:
if [ x"-fpic" != x ]; then \
/local0/scratch/ljrittle/gcc-build-ref5-0610/gcc/xgcc -B/local0/scratch/ljrittle/gcc-build-ref5-0610/gcc/ -B/home/ljrittle/tmp-ref5/install-ref5/i386-unknown-freebsd5.0/bin/ -B/home/ljrittle/tmp-ref5/install-ref5/i386-unknown-freebsd5.0/lib/ -isystem /home/ljrittle/tmp-ref5/install-ref5/i386-unknown-freebsd5.0/include -c -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -g -O2 -I. -I/home/ljrittle/tmp-ref5/outside-cvs-src/gcc/libiberty/../include -W -Wall -Wtraditional -pedantic -fpic /home/ljrittle/tmp-ref5/outside-cvs-src/gcc/libiberty/strerror.c -o pic/strerror.o; \
else true; fi
/home/ljrittle/tmp-ref5/outside-cvs-src/gcc/libiberty/strerror.c:468: conflicting types for `sys_nerr'
/usr/include/stdio.h:228: previous declaration of `sys_nerr'
A patch was installed sometime after around 6PM CDT and 12 Midnight
that caused this problem, but I haven't found it yet.
Regards.
