Synopsis: fails to compile syntactically correct code

State-Changed-Why:
    No matter how much it might seem that GCC is right, it parses the new-expression incorrectly.  It is parsing it as:
      new ((MyClass*)[10])
    but the correct parse would have been:
      (new (MyClass*))[10]
