Please close PR libstdc++/1845

Please close PR libstdc++/1845.
Though I am not the originator of the bug report and my system setup
is somewhat different than that of the originator, I believe the problem is a
generic library problem (not target specific).

Gcc 3.0 compiles the source code tval.C without a problem, and the
executable runs fine. Looking at the file bits/valarray_meta.h I
reckon that the patch which is appended to the original bug report is
already applied to valarray_meta.h albeit there are some marginal
differences. Because of that I ask you to close the bug report.
