PR/2939 must be reopened

Well - it didn't work when I posted my mail - now it works - but that is
because you fixed it in the meanwhile! :-)

Your following change fixed it -

	* c-semantics.c (genrtl_scope_stmt): Write out nested inline
	functions here, instead of ...
	* c-decl.c (c_expand_body): ... here.

Anyway, thanks a lot for fixing it, and yes - I can confirm that now as
far as I know nested functions work ok in all perverse situations I am
aware of.
