Compiling BIND 8.2.3, gcc fails with:

gcc -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../port/linux/include -I../../include   -D_REENTRANT -c ns_name.c \
 -o threaded/ns_name.o
gcc: Internal error: Bus error (program cpp0)
