C++ possible GC bugs some tree nodes are not registered as roots.

I have just noticed that not all static tree nodes are
getting registered with the GC for example the following
do not appear to get registered.

init.c:2205:  static tree CL_suffix = NULL_TREE;
semantics.c:1545:static tree current_type_lookups;
tree.c:1057:  static tree decl_ring[PRINT_RING_SIZE];
tree.c:1814:  static tree cache[256];
