Error installing CVS GCC

I've installed the following patch as obvious, to remove an explicit
dependency on gcc.1 from install-man now gcc.1 is in generated-manpages,
so in $(GENERATED_MANPAGES), or not, according to whether the version of
Pod::Man is detected as recent enough by configure.
