missing help from gcc-current with internal cpp

Hello World,
since the switch to the internal cpp i missed the help for mutch switches 
i.e. -fomit-frame-pointer and mutch more.

in the past i could write "gcc -v --help 2>&1 | grep -i omit" and get a 
little help for that switch this is not more possible with the internal cpp.
