Compile error: 2.95.2 on Tru64 V5.1

Hi,

I tried to compile GCC on my Alpha DS20, EV6, Tru64 V5.1  but the
compilation crashes.
I unfortunately do not have much C or programming experience (other than
ksh) so debug this problem.

I captured all the commands and output in a script file which I have
attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
