template parameters bug

Hi all,

The attached code generates an "Internal compiler error" with g++.  The code
is buggy (it's not defining a required template parameter) but I don't think
the error is entirely intuitive ;)

$ g++ -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-linux/2.95.3/specs
gcc version 2.95.3 20010125 (prerelease)
$ g++ gcc-bug.cc
gcc-bug.cc:4: Internal compiler error.
gcc-bug.cc:4: Please submit a full bug report.
