System: Linux decomino 2.2.18 #1 Sun Jan 7 21:04:55 UTC 2001 i686 unknown
Architecture: i686
host: i686-pc-linux-gnu
build: i686-pc-linux-gnu
target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
configured with: ../gcc-3cvs/configure --prefix=/opt/gcc/snapshot --disable-shared --enable-threads=posix --with-system-zlib
>Description:
Links in gcc-cvs messages to files in the Attic don't seem to work
properly.
>How-To-Repeat:
Try to visit the following URL from a recent gcc-cvs message.
http://gcc.gnu.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/egcs/gcc/ChangeLog.RA.diff?cvsroot=gcc&only_with_tag=new-regalloc-branch&r1=1.1.2.16&r2=1.1.2.17
This redirects to
http://gcc.gnu.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/egcs/gcc/Attic/ChangeLog.RA.diff
which gives "Error: egcs/gcc/Attic/ChangeLog.RA.diff: no such file or
directory".
This may be worked around by including the /Attic/ in the original
URL.
>Fix:
Include the part after the ? in the URL redirected to.
