gcc is not Working on HP 9000/821/D250 HP-UX 10.20

When trying to compile a simple C "HelloWorld" Program using gcc on a
HP 9000/821/D250 HP-UX 10.20 i get the message

gcc -D_HPUX_SOURCE  /work/hofermi/test.c
as: "/var/tmp/ccyOW8Jc.s", line 26: error 1052: Directive name not
recognized - NSUBSPA

What I 've done wrong? Please help me to fix the problem.
