more on arm-elf/arm-rtems

I found the problem.  A combination of two stupid mistakes.
A cut and paste in the config.gcc for arm-rtems and a mistyped
configure line for arm-elf which ended up giving me arm-rtems. :(

arm-elf got further and died building libstdc++-v3.  Has anyone 
seen something like this?

from ../../../../../cvs-objs/gcc/libstdc++-v3/src/complex_io.cc:31:
../include/bits/c++threads.h:65: syntax error before `;' token

Or is this just another local artifact?
