Bug report : Build rs6000-ibm-aix4.3 cross compiler

Hi GNU !
I built a gcc-3.0 cross compiler for AIX4.3 target , got a internal error.
so , I have a bug report to you as following :

** Build Environments:
 Source Code:  gcc-3.0  and  binutil-2.11.2
 Host:    Alpha Tru64 4.0E
 Target :   RS6000-IBM-AIX4.3

** Configure options:
1.  binutil-2.11.2
  ./configure --host=alphaev56-dec-osf4.0e --prefix=/u05/objs/cross-aix
  --target=rs6000-ibm-aix4.3

2.  gcc-3.0
 ../gcc-3.0/configure --host=alphaev56-dec-osf4.0e --prefix=/u05/objs/cross-aix
--target=rs6000-ibm-aix4.3 --srcdir=../gcc-3.0 --enable-languages=c
