State-Changed-Why:
    Known issue.  Not a bug.  Not present on every supported
    platform.  Adding ios_base::sync_with_stdio (false);
    at start of main() will improve performance on some
    platforms.  However, Solaris is not one of them since
    it will not use an input buffer size greater than 1
    in the current implementation.
