gcc 3.01 does not compile

Hello!

gcc3.01 searches for 
/opt_prog/local/INSTALL/gcc301/gcc-3.0.1/alphaev56-dec-osf4.0g/libstdc++-v3/../gcc/gthr.h

and it does not find it. IMHO it should read instead of ".." "../../.."
