FWIW I don't really have a problem closing such PRs. Sometimes people
simply don't reply. For Java our rule of thumb is that if something
is in `feedback' for a few months, we just close it.
In this particular case, seeing the `close' message reminded me I
hadn't done anything about replying. There's no real harm, since we
can always reopen a PR.
