ICE in add_abstract_origin_attribute, at dwarf2out.c:9095

I get a new ICE in add_abstract_origin_attribute of dwarf2out.c:9095:

  % gccvs sql.C -save-temps -O1 -g

RTH, my gutt (and the ChangeLogs) indicate this might be related to
your recent changes?

sql.ii.bzip2 is attached to this message; the crash only occurs if I
specifiy -O1. Experienced on i386-unknown-freebsd4.3.
