Fixed m68k related PR

Hi,

I checked some of m68k related bug reports in GNATS and the following
can be closed:

- 3908, 3410, 3318, 3092:
aborts with 'Internal compiler error in expected_value_to_br_prob'
- 3794, 3367:
aborts with 'Internal compiler error in update_equiv_regs'
- 3095:
__udivdi3 (libgcc2.c) miscompiled
- 3090:
ACCUMULATE_OUTGOING_ARGS undefined in dwarf2out.c
- 1795:
doesn't bootstrap
- 829:
not a bug, cross binutils are missing

All of the above bugs are currently fixed on the branch.
