Yep.  Same here, with gcc version 3.1 20010810 (experimental).

Same here, with gcc 2.95.3.  

However, the ICE happened in ENABLE_CHECKING code.  The version of gcc
2.95.3 I have probably is built with --disable-checking.  Is your
version of gcc 3.0.1 built with ENABLE_CHECKING?
