GCC 3.0 branch: boehm-gc does not work on s390-linux

Under this new light, I suppose it would be appropriate to simply
disable gcj completely on s390-linux-gnu on the branch.  Your
previously-posted patch is still ok for mainline, though, and so is
the obvious extension of it for the branch (still pending Mark's
approval).
