Hi,

Does Alexandre mean the gcc-3.0 branch ? the gcc-2.95.x releases do not
instanciate templates correctly on ibm-powerpc-4.3.3.0 (nor on linux
i686)
using the  '-frepo' automatic instanciation scheme. I used to use the 
unofficial 2.96 version (snapshot 20000911) that worked well on these
two 
platforms.
