FIXINC: Solaris 7: `__builtin_va_alist' undeclared

Please send me copies of /usr/include/stdarg.h and the rehacked version
($(prefix)/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.7/2.95.3/include/stdarg.h).
By the way, since `fixincludes' no longer exists as a script,
I presume you ran the `fixinc.sh' script?
